Day 7 Salud and a Mindful Vinyasa
Today’s yoga practice invites sun salutations and a mindful vinyasa, or yoga flow.
We get the heart rate up and focus on insight through repetition.
Also a great practice to refocus the mind and keep you on track for your journey! (Just incase the mind is busy or playing tricks on you.)

A Great Reason For Doing Yoga
People often say that they are not flexible enough to do yoga. The truth is, it doesn’t matter how tight your muscles are as yoga asanas works by safely stretching your muscles and help you to practice it further. Moreover, yoga also stretches other soft tissue in the body such as ligaments and tendons, increasing the range of motion in the joints and allowing you to move around more freely.
