French Fries Are Back On The Menu
Image captured from the video
Can you believe it – a low carb french fry? These low carb flies/Keto french fries are made from jicama. They are the best french fry substitute I have ever tasted. Low carb jicama fries or keto jicama fries is a bit of a misnomer because they are not actually fried. They are baked.
So what does this mean. Well hamburgers and fries are back on the menu for all you keto dieters. When you get that burger craving you'll find this meal is not that hard to make.
These keto fries may not taste exactly like french fries, but they come close – as close as you'll get for a keto fry. The other good thing is that seeing as how you make them from scratch, you can add spice and seasonings to the recipe to get a real taste sensation. In fact you can add a different spice each time you make them so you have a different flavored meal each time.
Haven't heard of jicama before? Most grocery stores carry it. It's an easy recipe to try – give it a go.
