Spectacular, Fancy, Appetizing and Fluffy Keto Cloud Eggs
These cloud eggs have been the rage. The recipe has been around for a long time but their pretty pictures took off on picture sites such as Instagram.
You'll have to admit – they are purrrrrty aren't they.
A lightly cooked runny yolk on top of fluffy white egg whites. And the good news is they only take about 10 minuets to make. Separate the egg whites. Beat them till they are stiff (optionally add Parmesan cheese and your favorite spice) and bake them on a cookie sheet for 3 minutes. Then top the whites with the yolk and bake for another 3 minutes and you have the most beautiful egg in the galaxy.
A real healthy breakfast.
Great for impressing guests – but?
To be quite honest, they tasted good, but I would say it wasn’t worth all the effort separating and whipping egg whites, unless you are cooking to impress. There’s nothing really new about it; it’s essentially just a dressed up sunny side up egg. The combination of fresh parsley and parmesan does add a bit of refinement and adding some crispy fried bacon into the mix would bump up the flavor, but I found myself thinking I would rather just eat one of my cheese fried eggs instead.
That's one man's opinion. You have to try this recipe at least once because they look so darned good.
